Shop Etiquette

Please help us maintain a safe environment at The Wag Shop by following these guidelines.

• Dogs must be on a leash or in carriers at all times, and under the control of an adult.
• Please do not leave your pets unattended anywhere in the shop.
• We recommend that puppies be over 4 months, with all their puppy shots, before bringing them in for a bath.
• Disruptive and/ or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave, at the management's discretion.

Reservations

All self-serve tubs are available on a first come, first serve basis. The "Big Tub" is only available Saturday after 3pm and Sunday. We can only accept a reservation if your dog is over 130lbs. or has a very very special need for this tub. Please call to check availability at 303.282.1894.

Saturday's are the busiest day for the self-serve dog wash.  Because weekend’s are a time to get chores done, like washing the dog.  To accommodate everyone, we have created a few courtesy policies for the weekend.
Time Limit: On Saturday and Sunday we have a 30 – 45 minute time limit per dog. This allows everyone a chance to get their dog clean.
Towel Limit: We have a three towel limit on the weekend. If you need more than the two towels we provide on the weekend, you might want to bring a few from home or you can pay $2 extra for each additional towel.

Keep in mind, we are now open Monday.
