Shop Etiquette

Please help us maintain a safe environment at The Wag Shop by following these guidelines.

• Dogs must be on a leash or in carriers at all times, and under the control of an adult.
• Please do not leave your pets unattended anywhere in the shop.
• We recommend that puppies be over 4 months, with all their puppy shots, before bringing them in for a bath.
• Disruptive and/ or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave, at the management's discretion.

Reservations

All self-serve tubs are available on a first come, first serve basis. We are currently working on an online reservation system to allow you to reserve tubs but until then, we are first come first serve.  
 
Saturday's are the busiest day for the self-serve dog wash.  Because weekend’s are a time to get chores done, like washing the dog.  To accommodate everyone, we have created a few courtesy policies for the weekend.
Time Limit: On Saturday and Sunday we have a 30 – 45 minute time limit per dog. This allows everyone a chance to get their dog clean.
Towel Limit: We have a three towel limit on the weekend. If you need more than the two towels we provide on the weekend, you might want to bring a few from home or you can pay $2 extra for each additional towel.

We are open Monday - Saturday at 9:00am and sometimes close early if business is not steady.
